In the heart of a modern villa nestled in the hills near Haifa, every architectural detail engages with the Mediterranean light. The intervention focused on one of the home’s most distinctive elements: the staircase leading to the upper floor, protected by a linear, sculptural balustrade.

Fifty raw aluminum slats, each six meters long, ran in parallel to form a sleek, structured guardrail. My task was to transform them, one by one, by cladding them with brushed gold-effect 3M Di-Noc adhesive laminate. The result is a luminous and refined structure that integrates seamlessly into the architectural language of the house

The renovation continued into the kitchen, where the central column and other decorative elements were also clad in gold finish. This cladding not only refreshed the aesthetic but brought coherence, unity, and material continuity. Each surface became part of a broader narrative where function and sophistication coexist.

In this project, industrial aluminum meets the elegance of golden finishes, striking a sophisticated balance between precision and warmth.
